SKINN Branding agency is growing and is looking for a Brand Strategist. You will work on a freelance or on a fixed (part-time) basis from Bruges or Antwerp.

As a Brand Strategist, you build the basis to create strong and differentiating brands. Using research and data, you design strong brand propositions to make brands (re)relevant.
You have at least 3 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Creative Strategy, Design Strategy or Brand Management. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You enjoy speaking in front of a group and know how to motivate and inspire people. You are analytical and can synthesise information. You have a strong sense of design and creativity.
You are proactive, organized and manage projects from idea to final execution. You are eager to learn, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic.
You work on a freelance basis or on a permanent (part-time) basis.

YOUR DUTIES
- You are ultimately responsible for strong and to-the-point brand strategies and brand advice
- You conduct research and interviews of various stakeholders
- You put together workshops and lead them enthusiastically
- You translate your insights into clear advice
- You develop distinctive brand propositions, positioning statements and creative strategies
- You write inspiring and strong brand stories
- You brief creative teams and monitor the brand strategy during the development of brand identities
- You inspire both B2C and B2B clients throughout the process
- You present your insights up to C-level
- With your strongly held vision and opinion, you define the basis of the brand positioning
- Together with the Account Director and Creative Director, you guard the predefined deadlines and budgets
