As an Employer Brand Strategist, you will build the basis for building a strong and differentiating employer brand. Using research, data and interviews, you will develop strong EVPs to make employers (re)relevant.
As an employer brand expert, you know the dynamics of the job market, and you know best what is required to attract the right people. You have gained experience with focus groups, and you know how to convincingly present your advice to different stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with a strong experience in employer branding on the client side or agency side. You are a born communicator with great strategic insight and a healthy sense of curiosity. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You love speaking in front of a group and know how to motivate and inspire people. You are analytical and know how to summarize data. You have a strong sense of design and creativity.
You are proactive, organized and manage projects from idea to finalization.
You work on a freelance basis or on a permanent (part-time) basis.
