SKINN is expanding and looking for talented people to help shape our team. We are looking for an Account Assistant who can assist our Account Managers & Director and take care of business where needed.
As an Account Assistant, you are the right-hand person of the account team. You work closely with the Account Director & Managers and support them in a variety of administrative and organizational tasks. You like every day to be different, and you move along with the needs of the team.
passion for branding
Experience in another agency is a plus
You support the account team in the ongoing assignments for clients (e.g. follow up on designs, follow up on printing, administration and invoicing...)
You are the right-hand person of the Account Director and you assist with administrative and organizational tasks (e.g. planning, organizing team meetings...)
You are the point of contact for suppliers and have daily contact with them (printers, copywriters...)
You have a clear overview of the different ongoing projects, and you can switch easily between them.
You are a hands-on person, and you see what needs to be done.
You are stress resistant, and you like it if you don't know how your day would look like. Furthermore, you take on ad-hoc tasks with gusto.
You know where the priorities are, and you prioritize them.
You are empathetic and enjoy working in a team.
