The right candidate will be someone who does what it takes to develop that initial glimmer of an idea into a powerful brand. Someone who looks at a brand from an out-of-the-box perspective, who helps develop the backbone of a brand.
You will be responsible for strong, to-the-point strategies, turning complex, fragmented information into a simple, powerful and attractive strategy that lays the groundwork for a potent brand.
You must have at least two years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, design strategy or brand management. You have outstanding written and verbal communication talents. You enjoy speaking in front of a group and know how to motivate and inspire people.
You are able to conduct research and are critical. You can hold interviews with various stakeholders. You can put together and lead workshops. You can translate insights into advice and guide the brand, the client and the creative team in the desired direction. With your strong vision and outlook, you find it easy to convince both the client and the creative team.
You are proactive, organised and able to supervise projects from idea to final form. You are eager to learn, positive, enthusiastic and ambitious. You go the extra mile where necessary.
