SKINN is expanding and we are looking for talented employees to help shape our team in Bruges or Antwerp. We are looking for a Digital Strategist who wants to help create brands and who writes the digital brand strategy of our customers.
Tasks
You are responsible for to-the-point strategies and you turn complex, fragmented information into a strong and attractive digital strategy. You do everything you can to create a strong brand from the start. You think outside the box, like to delve into new brands and then help build their digital backbone.
You understand the work field of our customers and you quickly dive into the various briefings. You are creative and analytical and know how to surprise our customers with ideas that perfectly match their brand, products or services. You work user, customer and consumer centric. You create creative new opportunities that closely match the needs of the customer.
You are responsible for the digital strategic workshops: you put them together, guide them and evaluate them in function of the website and/or digital marketing strategy. You are always aware of the latest trends and can translate these into opportunities for our customers. You manage the UX/UI designer and digital marketers. You develop online strategies with clear benchmarks. You are the critical strategic view throughout the process.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You like to speak in front of a group and you know how to motivate and inspire people. You dare to question things and you are naturally curious. You put together workshops and lead them. You have a strongly outspoken vision and opinion, which allows you to convince both customer and creative team without problems. You are solution-oriented and you know how to guide the group, you are empathic and you keep a cool head even with approaching deadlines and changing schedules. You are proactive, organized and supervise projects from idea to final implementation. You are eager to learn, positive, enthusiastic and ambitious. You go the extra mile where necessary.
