SKINN is expanding and we are looking for talented employees to help shape our team. We are looking for a Strategic Director for our office in Antwerp or Bruges. You are a creative mind with a passion for design and creating strong brands.

As a Strategic Director you lead a team of brand and communication strategists. Together with your team you create and strengthen different brands and you write out the brand strategy for our customers. You are responsible for to-the-point strategies and you turn complex, fragmented information into a strong and attractive strategy. You do everything you can to create a strong brand from the start. You think outside the box, like to delve into new brands and then help build their backbone.
You understand the work field of our customers and you quickly dive into the various briefings. You identify and map out new opportunities. You guide the strategic pitch. You are involved in your team, and you feel what is needed. You are the critical strategic view throughout the process.

10+ years of experience

You have at least 10 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Creative Strategy or Design Strategy. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You like to speak in front of a group and you know how to motivate and inspire people. You dare to question things and you are naturally curious. You put together workshops and lead them. You translate all insights into advice and steer the brand, the customer and the creative team in the desired direction.
You have a strongly outspoken vision and opinion, which allows you to convince both customer and creative team without any problems. You are solution-oriented and you know how to guide the group, you are empathic and you keep a cool head even with approaching deadlines and changing schedules. You are proactive, organized and supervise projects from idea to final implementation. You are eager to learn, positive, enthusiastic and ambitious. You walk the extra mile where necessary.
