We all feel it, that barrier to contact a lawyer. The founders of Winston, young lawyers themselves, were very much aware. There are certain questions that invariably recur, that can be dealt with within a certain format and that you can easily price in a structured way. It was time to create something new within this archaic sector.
Their idea: ask your legal question online, pay immediately and get a quick and clear answer. Made to immediately dissolve a lot of legal worries. If your legal question is too complex for a simple answer, Winston will also be happy to help you with a more extensive personal approach and proposal, but always based on clear and transparent agreements.
SKINN developed the brand and digital strategy, the brand identity and the legal webshop.
We questioned the scope of the business model and optimized it together with them.
SKINN built a website with an internal CRM system and webshop, but without compromising on user-friendliness or the human factor, in order to quickly handle the questions in a structured way. SKINN transformed the idea of online advice into an ambitious system, built to soon establish a profitable Winston office in every major city in Belgium.
The verbal and graphic identity were built the same way. A first name was chosen as a brand name, this provides a personal touch, away from the anonymous grey suits. This in a fresh and clear font, completed with a warm and pleasant color palette. The website was illustrated with clear icons and a photography style that ensures identification with the brand, you see people like you and me.
